Services for Mrs. Alice Faye Walley Williams, age 77, of Richton, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Lighthouse of Hope Ministries in Richton.  Mrs. Williams passed from this life on January 29, 2025 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Bro. Barry Sullivan will officiate the service and burial will follow in Mutual Rights Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Lindsey, Fisher Lindsey, Lonnie A. James, Erin James, Isaiah Esiner-James, Rylee Brewer, and Chris Butt as alternate.


Mrs. Williams loved to dance, fish, cook, and listen to Elvis.  She greatly loved the water and swimming, taking pictures, and drawing house plans.  She would sew and crochet as well as collect gadgets.  She was a member of West Salem Baptist Church.  Her greatest joy was always her family.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie James; parents, Evan and Lillie Mae Walley; grandson, Quinton James; and siblings, Roger Dale Walley and Ross Walley.  


She is survived by her children, Lequeta Breland, Lila (Jeff) Clement, and Lonny B. (Brandy) James; grandchildren, Shay (Chris) Butt, Alisha (Jay) McDonald, Justin Lindsey, Fisher (Brooke) Lindsey, Brittany (Zane) Popwell, Jonathan (Hang) Clement, Lonnie A. (Brenna) James, Erin (Kaitlyn) James, Isaiah Esiner-James, Eris (Jerome) Henry, Krystal James, Ashleigh Jagim, and Katie James; 28 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; siblings, Larry Walley, Sherry Watson, Sherryl Walley, Elaine Kittrell, William Walley, Homer Joe Walley, Raymond Walley, and Ramona Bradley; and her pomeranian, Delilah.
