Captain Mike was the one who welcomed me into the North Oakland Dart Association and took me under his wing when I returned to darts in 2005. He had assembled a rather eclectic team that was starting to play well up until he had to drop darts for a while. He was a good dart captain and a better friend. I always looked forward to our next meeting and will continue to do so when I find him in heaven (if I make the cut, I know he did)...
