Mary Beth Iden, age 86 of Minerva, passed away at Mercy Medical Center on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Mary Beth was born in Jewett, Ohio on February 8, 1935 to Ray F and Marjorie (Reichard) Baldwin.
Mary Beth was employed by Salem Hospital as a nurse and retired after more than 30 years of service. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, and going for drives. She was a member of the Euchre Card Club and 500 Card Club.
Mary Beth is survived by two daughters: Stephanie Lynn (Ted) Beach of Dunnellon FL and Mary Jo (Mike) Kidd of Salem; a son, Samuel James (Sue) Iden of Ocala FL; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her significant other, Leroy Kibler.
In addition to her parents, Mary Beth was preceded in death by two sons: Lowell Gene Iden, Jr and Michael Ray Iden; and a brother, James Baldwin.
Funeral service will be held at Faith Fellowship, 24604 State Route 30, East Rochester, Ohio, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Chet Howes of Faith Fellowship officiating. Burial will follow at Moultrie Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Faith Fellowship.

Dear sweet Mary Beth will be missed by those who knew and loved her. Her heart WAS pure GOLD and heaven is blessed with an ANGEL. She wa so kind and generous, and an excellent nurse. Our years on the Care Unit was wonderful because of working with her. God bless her soul and l know she was met by her 2 sons with open arms as SHE was also met with our DEAR LORD. Thanks for the fun memories Mary Beth, l think of our 4 musketeers outings often and always with a warm smile, as we did have some great times. Rest in PEACE MARY BETH......AMEN
