Ja'Carious Rishard Sherman
Ja’Carious Rishard Sherman was born in Galveston, Texas on December 10, 2007, to DeCrary Lowe and John Charles Sherman. He was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur, Texas, and Attended Memorial Middle School in Port Arthur.
J’Carious was a very happy kid who loved music and being around his family. The moment he would hear music he would start kicking, smiling and then would hear him holler “HEY!!!”. And it would be a very loud hey. He had a smile that just made you melt. If you were ever having a bad day, all you had to do was come see Jaye C and trust he would make your day better. One thing that he would say especially when he gets upset, he would call you ugly.
But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. (Luke 18:16, New International Version) J’Carious transitioned from his earthly home to his heavenly home on Monday, July 25, 2022.
J’Carious is preceded in death by his grandfather, Anthony Dale Lowe, Sr.; great-grandfathers, Oliver Lowe, Sr., and Henry Green; cousin, Quantravious Kinchen.
J’Carious leaves to treasure his memories: his dedicated and loving mother, DeCrary Lowe and his father John Charles Sherman; his devoted and faithful sister, Ironesha McGill; and his thoughtful and caring brother, Ja’marion Sherman; grandmothers, Margaret Lowe and Charlotte Sherman; great grandmothers, Mary Lowe, and Leatha Mae Green; uncles, Anthony Lowe, Jr. (Tracy), Quantas Kinchen (Tissa) and Jamon Davis; aunts; Letitia Armstead- Holmes, Jahearry Kinchen -Williams (Kevin), Erica Lowe- Fontenot and Jalisa Davis; his Godparents Robert Holmes and Letita Armstead-Homes, and a hosts of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and friends. Special thanks to Ms. Amber at Texas Children Hospital and Ms. Carol, Advanced Pediatrics and staff for all your support and prayers.
