Harry Thomas Obituary

Harry Thomas, 67, of North Wolcott, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at his home surrounded by family. He was born in Sodus, February 15, 1957, son of the late Robert Thomas Jr., and the late Nina (Aunkst) (Thomas) Newport.  Prior to retirement he worked as a carpenter for Finger Lakes Construction, he also delivered the Post Standard for many years for enjoyment.  

He is predeceased by his Ex - wife, Bonnie Tompkins, sisters, Nena Murry, and Sally "Sarah" Hujik, as well as grandchildren, Heather Thomsen, Jace Northrup, Jacelynne Young and Ashton Quinn.

Survived by his daughters, Bonnie Thomas of Wolcott, Angela (Lee) Campbell of Red Creek, Pamela Thomas of Wolcott, Amanda (Gabe Harris) Thomas of Wolcott, Christina Viele of Red Creek, and, Billie-Jo (Eric) Szymanski of Hannibal, Tonya Quinn of Wolcott and his companion, Tracy Frank, sisters, Midge Frank of Wolcott, Robin (Tom) Creller of Alabama, Tina Cobb of Clyde, and, Melody (Sam) Aumick of Clyde, former wife, Robin Thomas, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will take place Friday, April 26, 4:00-6:00 pm followed by military honors at the Becker-Keysor Funeral Home, Red Creek. For those wishing to make contributions, the chicken barbeque benefit for Harry will still be taking place on May 04, 2024, Celebration of life will also be held at this time 12pm -5pm at his home 8216 Broadway Rd.
