ELSIE WILLIAMS Obituary

Always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts.

Elsie Williams, 66, was called to her eternal home by our Heavenly Father, on Thursday, February 1, 2024 in the comfort of her home, after a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of the late Major Lee Sr. and Willie Kate Williams.

Elsie was a life long resident of Aliquippa, born on June 14, 1957. She was a graduate of Aliquippa High School, class of 1975 and Cosmetology School in Pittsburgh, PA. She was an employee of Woodlawn Cleaning Service and a member of Magnolia Temple #532 Aliquippa, PA.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her fiance, Jerome Colbert, an Uncle and Aunt Alonzo Moore and Willie Lee Moore, brother; Floyd Williams, Five sisters; Florine Williams, Virginia Chambliss, Denise Worthy, Polly Anderson, and Mary Ann Williams, sister-in- law, Carol Williams, niece Teresa S. Lockett, and great nephew Damen Fortson.

She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory, four sisters, Georgia M. Lockett, Aliquippa, Rosa  M. Moye, Baltimore, MD, Patricia L. Williams, Aliquippa and Marcia Black, Hampton, VA. Five brothers, David W. Williams, Moon Twp, PA, Andrew C. Williams (Barbara), Tega Cay, S.C., Major L. Williams Jr. (Lori), Moon Twp, PA, Curtis S. Williams Sr. (Karole), Beaver Falls, PA, Robert Williams (Marcia), Center Twp, PA. A godson, Janero Williams and two goddaughters, Rodtika Jones and Kimberly Crocker. A special great-nephew Demetrius Williams and niece PraShauna Coleman. Elsie had three generations of loving nieces and nephews.
