DAVID SHAW Obituary
David Presley Shaw, age 59, of Globe, Arizona passed away on August 10, 2022 at his residence.
He was born in Fulton, Missouri on October 28, 1962.
Son of Jerry Shaw and Marianne Grace (Mathews) Shaw.
He worked as a Law Enforcement Officer, Correctional Officer, and Diversion Officer.
He enjoyed many things such as running, weightlifting, fishing, wood working, playing pool, cornhole, and spending time with family.
David was a loving son, brother, and father with a heart of gold. He was very well loved among his family and community. He will be greatly missed.
David is preceded in death by his father Jerry Shaw.
He is survived by his mother, Marianne Grace (Mathews) Shaw; his children Jakob R. Shaw, David “DJ” Shaw Jr., and Lindsay Shaw; and his brothers and sisters Steve (Jean) Shaw, Richard (Sally) Shaw, Darla (David) Bradford, Deborah (Steve) Packer, and Elizabeth Ternham; and his five grandchildren.

David and I went to high school together and we kept in touch after high school. I saw him occasionally on visits to Globe. He had a good heart and I miss him.
