Cataleya Padilla Obituary

Cataleya Rae Padilla, of Edna, Texas, gained her angel wings on Friday, December 31, 2021. The precious baby girl was 7 months old. She was born in Victoria, Texas on May 27, 2021, to Ruben Lee Trevino and Josephine “Josie” Padilla.

Born to the parents of 5 boys, Cataleya was the light of her parent’s eyes. She leaves behind her loving family who will always love her.

Cataleya is survived by her parents, Ruben Lee Trevino and Josie Padilla; brothers, Jaydrin Trevino, Luciano Padilla, Ruben Trevino, Jr., Romeo Padilla, and Jessiah Trevino; grandmothers, Rosa Maria Medina and Irma Trevino. She is also survived by a large extended family with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  

She is preceded in death by her grandfather Lucio Hernandez.

Services will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the Oaklawn Funeral Home Chapel in Edna, Texas. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a Memorial service to begin at 2:00 p.m.
